Bluetree Studios customer service is available by phone at
315-727-6941 daily 9 AM - 9 PM Eastern time. If by chance you reach our voicemail please leave a message
and we will promptly return your call.

Standard Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed via BluetreeStudios.com are shipped within
24-48 hours during the standard business hours of 9AM-5PM Eastern time,
Monday through Friday.

Our standard shipping method is via USPS Parcel Post to the
contiguous United States.
Standard delivery is 5-10 business days. When Priority mail is about the same cost we will ship via
USPS Priority mail instead.
Additional Shipping Options
Expedited shipping, shipping via other carriers and shipping
to international, Alaskan and Hawaiian destinations are available on
request if you contact
us.
Packaging of Orders
In
order to keep your shipping costs low we package Bolga Baskets and other
artwork for shipment as compactly and safely as possible. A single Classic Bolga Basket (up to
16”) will generally be shipped as you see it pictured. On orders of multiple baskets,
depending on the styles, they may be gently “folded” inside themselves in
order to fit them securely in a standard size box. In these cases, no damage is done to
the baskets (this is how they are shipped from Ghana to Syracuse) however
they may require some re-shaping upon arrival. Instructions on how to do this are included with such
orders.
All
Bolga Baskets come with an attractive hang tag and brochure describing
the creative process of weaving a Bolga Basket.
Order Processing and Online Payment
Orders placed with www.bluetreestudios.com are
currently processed through the secure checkout processing services
offered by Paypal. This allows us
to offer a greater range of payment options at a lower cost. You are not required to have or to
sign up for a paypal account in order to place an order.
Through our online checkout process we accept
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover.
Pay by
Phone
If you are not comfortable with making a payment
online you may pay by phone at 315-727-6941. In order to ensure that the product you would like to order
will be reserved for you choose the “Print and Call” option during check
out. This will reserve your order
for a short time to allow you to call in your payment.
Pay
by Check or Money Order
We are glad to accept personal checks and money
orders by mail if you prefer.
Please follow the instructions above for “Pay by Phone” and call
to notify us that your payment is on the way. These orders will be held for 10 business days from the
deposit of payment before shipping.
There is a $30 fee for any returned check. For the protection of our customers
any fraudulent activity will be prosecuted.
Returns
If you should be dissatisfied with your order for
any reason please
notify us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery in order
to receive a full refund (not including shipping costs) and make
arrangements to return or exchange your order.
If you should be dissatisfied with your order due to
an error on our part we will gladly exchange your order or refund you the
cost of your purchase including shipping provided that you notify
us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Privacy Policy
All personal information shared with Bluetree Studios is
kept strictly confidential. It will not be sold or shared with any other
business or organization.
All Bluetree Studios
customers, registered users and subscribers may opt out of receiving
newsletters and/or Bluetree Studios promotional offers at any time by
